For the past 3 weeks, we have been actively recruiting in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang, meeting stellar applicants and paving the way to establishing new offices in the country.

Why we chose Vietnam

As challenging as 2020 was, it showed us that we can easily establish meaningful connections not only when our offices are thousands of miles apart but also when we don’t see our office mates for months in a row.

We already had teams in several countries, including the UK, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, France and Romania, and we were confident that a group of motivated, inspired and good people is all it takes to form another team. Knowing distance was no problem, we decided we could look even further and head to Southeast Asia.

Vietnam has become recognised as a technological powerhouse with a young but promising IT market. At Infinite Lambda, we have highly specific skill set requirements and use cutting-edge tools, some of which are still fairly new. Vietnam’s diverse tech industry is promising in terms of finding the right talent and quickly developing advanced teams.

What cities are we hiring in

We’re actively hiring in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang but we are also open to applicants in other locations. At this point, the teams we are building will work remotely but we are already considering opening offices post-Covid.

Why should people join us in Vietnam

Recognising Vietnam’s engineering potential, we prioritise the hiring efforts there. We are an innovative company that invests in its people and provides everything employees need to excel.

We appreciate innovation and are always looking for the most efficient and sustainable approach to a case. You will love it here if you enjoy acquiring new skills and using the newest tech.

We have diverse projects in tens of industries, including biotech, edtech, entertainment, ecommerce, adtech and fintech. The exciting range of clients keeps us focused, making sure we are never bored.

We emphasise diversity in our teams as well, celebrating differences and offering respect and understanding to each other’s personal aspirations and responsibilities. Here, you will only work your local hours, enjoy great flexibility throughout the day and be able to take extra time off.

Some of our company-wide perks include a private health insurance and a personal development programme. We offer local benefits according to the country too and we are constantly looking to contribute to employee wellbeing.
