Office Coordinator

We are looking for an office coordinator to help us manage the local operations and create a wholesome environment for the team in Budapest. In this role, you are going to lend a hand managing the office, handling HR admin activities and organising events to build a strong internal community.

Being an Office Coordinator at Infinite Lambda means you are going to:

  • Manage the office;
  • Handle paperwork and contracts;
  • Work with a budget, collaborating with the Office Management team;
  • Manage logistics, such as invoices and policy compliance;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the team in Budapest, ensuring an efficient work environment for team members;
  • Assist with basic HR-related tasks;
  • Plan team events;
  • Collaborate within an international, distributed team, supporting global initiatives.

 

Here is what you need to know:

  • Availability: This is a part-time role that involves around 20 hours of work per week;
  • Students: The position is suitable for students in their 3rd or 4th year;
  • Hours: We are flexible in terms of hours but need to figure a schedule that works for both sides;
  • Workplace: Due to the nature of the role, you will need to come to the office 2 days a week. It is located at 54-56 Nagymező Street, Budapest, 1065;
  • Visas: We can only offer visa sponsorship to Ukrainian citizens.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills: you are highly responsive and approachable;
  • Fluent Hungarian and professional working proficiency in English: you will be communicating with your local team and your international colleagues on a daily basis;
  • Ability to handle confidential information: you are dependable and can ensure compliance;
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in the best interest of the team and the company.

Bonus points for:

  • Advanced typing, note-taking and record-keeping skills;
  • Experience managing correspondence.
