Coworking Space Admin

Hello there,

We are Infinite Lambda.

We are a specialist data and cloud engineering company. Our headquarters is in London and we have distributed teams in France, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Italy and Vietnam.

We are about to launch Lambda Space, our first coworking space to connect talented people in tech and offer a wholesome environment to nurture fresh ideas in Plovdiv.

About the role

We have always been keen on sharing the exclusive knowledge that lies with us and contribute to a strong and wholesome tech community. To this end, we are about to open Lambda Space, our very first coworking space to offer a cosy nook to talented people in tech.

It is a widely recognised truth that digital gurus’ best ideas are powered by wholesome experiences and excellent coffee. We now need your help to provide the former and promise a continuous supply of the latter to keep your creative mindset up and running.

We are looking for a friendly, approachable person who identifies opportunities to make the space more functional and welcoming and empathises with the needs of the visitors.

If you join us as a coworking space admin, you will:

  • Welcome and onboard new Lambda Space members;
  • Make sure the place is well maintained;
  • Do daily troubleshooting for WiFi, equipment and facilities;
  • Manage supplies and liaise with vendors;
  • Communicate with prospects in-person and online;
  • Handle paperwork, such as invoices, contracts and reports;
  • Manage the logistics around holding events;
  • Consider and encourage sustainability on the premises.

 

Working hours

09:00/10:00 18:00/19:00*

*As we are going to organise events on site, the coworking space admin role will require occasionally staying after hours for the duration of said events.

In view of the responsibilities of this role, this is a full-time on-site opportunity.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian; impeccable Bulgarian grammar and spelling;
  • Appreciated: previous office management experience.
