Business Development Representative (US)

This is a full-time, remote role, open to applicants based in Philadelphia, PA.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Infinite Lambda, you will play a key role in building our enterprise pipeline across the USA.

Working closely with our US General Manager and Sales & Partnerships team, you will identify and engage large organisations that are being held back by legacy systems, helping them modernise their data platforms through Flowline and our data & AI consultancy services.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a data consultancy, technology partner, or analytics-focused role, who is excited about the modern data stack and wants to grow their career in business development within one of Europe’s leading data consultancies. You will be responsible for the full top-of-funnel lifecycle: identifying high-value targets, navigating complex technical organisations, and securing discovery meetings with CTOs and data leaders.

We specialise in four integrated areas:

  • Platform: Scalable infrastructure (ODI + MDS)
  • Knowledge: Semantic layers and knowledge graphs
  • Insights: Predictive analytics and data science
  • Agentic AI: Autonomous execution with guaranteed accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales & Partnerships team to target enterprise customers in the USA that are undergoing digital or data transformation;
  • Introduce prospects to Flowline, our automated migration solution, to help them move off legacy ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SQL Server) onto the modern data stack;
  • Collaborate with partner BDRs and AEs at Fivetran, dbt Labs, Snowflake, and Omni to co-target key strategic accounts;
  • Run personalised outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and events to build awareness and pipeline;
  • Research target accounts to understand their data challenges, architecture, and buying signals;
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing, events, and partners;
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot;
  • Participate in go-to-market strategy sessions, sharing insights from your outreach to refine our messaging and targeting;
  • Technical discovery: Move past surface-level scripts. You must understand data architecture well enough to identify pain points in legacy environments (Informatica, SQL Server, etc.);
  • Demo coordination: Use Flowline (our migration automation engine) to lead "Show, don't tell" sessions that prove technical viability early;
  • Account mapping: Identify and engage multiple stakeholders within an organisation to navigate the enterprise buying process.

What is in it for you

  • Work directly with senior leadership and learn from some of the top data and AI professionals in the world;
  • Exposure to high-impact enterprise accounts and industry-leading partners (Snowflake, dbt Labs, Fivetran, Omni);
  • Career development opportunities into enterprise sales, solution consulting, or partnerships;
  • Competitive salary + performance-based commission;
  • A collaborative, international team culture built around curiosity, learning, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a data consultant, tech sales, or consulting analyst role. Relevant titles include Data Science Analyst, Management Consulting Analyst, Business Architecture Analyst);
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Omni;
  • Strong data and AI literacy; good understanding of data pipelines, transformation, and analytics at a conceptual level.
