A Talent Development Lead plays a key role in the design and execution of various programmes and processes that support Infinite Lambda’s talent development strategy. This individual works closely with the HR and executive team to implement and continuously improve talent development programmes, including performance management, talent assessment and calibration, succession planning, employee engagement, culture, coaching and performance support and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of relevant talent & people experience and is eager to grow into a more senior role in the same field. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and have a large impact on the company’s processes and outcomes.
