We are looking for someone who can help us in the operations and recruiting department. Please include a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Employer branding
  • Marketing activities and identifying opportunities
  • Organising events
  • Reaching out to prospecting hires
  • Handling the interviewing process, scheduling meetings and making initial phone calls
  • Taking charge of onboarding & offboarding
  • Managing the company handbook for internal operations
  • Fostering a high performance culture
  • Organising offline and online trainings

 

This position is open to applicants based in Bulgaria and Hungary.

Please reference your location with these general terms:

  • In France and Romania, we hire only contractors;
  • In Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Vietnam and the UK, we hire both permanent employees and contractors;
  • We’re open to remote contractors from different locations on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a talent or operations department
  • A cover letter (applicants without a cover letter will not be considered)
  • HR experience
  • Experience working in a distributed team

  • Be comfortable in a flexible and diverse environment
  • Self-starter that doesn’t need to be told what to do all the time
  • Resourcefulness and perseverance
  • Excellent command of English
