Part-Time Office Manager

We are about to open an office in Budapest and are looking for an Office Manager (part-time, 4-6 hours/day) to handle administrative tasks and help create a welcoming, cosy and functional working environment for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the office infrastructure
  • Help with the organisation of events
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • HR administration including managing employee contracts and keeping
    personnel records up to date
  • Coordinating schedules and appointments
  • Be a key person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment and bills
  • Coordinating the IT support with all office equipments
  • Manage internal staff relations
  • Maintain a safe, secure and pleasant work environment

Requirements

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar position
