AstraZeneca’s legacy ETL stack on Informatica and Talend was expensive, fragile, and consultant-heavy.

The solution
We migrated thousands of pipelines to a Snowflake + Fivetran + dbt Cloud architecture using our proprietary accelerator Flowline.
- Refactored monolithic jobs into modular, test-driven models;

- Enabled analysts to ingest, model, and deploy data on demand;
