Keppel’s challenge
Keppel Group is Singapore-based corporation that specialises in property, infrastructure, and asset management, and operates several affiliated businesses.
They had a modern Snowflake stack but uneven adoption. Business units spoke different data dialects. Engineers were bogged down in platform maintenance.
